Hey everyone!

 

My goal with this stack is to improve all aspects of cognition, mood, and focus/concentration. I am interested in the short-term and long-term benefits of the supplements in these supplements/nootropics. If you have any comments or advice please let me know!

 

Daily stack includes:

Multi-vitamin

Vitamins C, D, E, K2 (separately)

Ubiquinol and PQQ

Fish and Flaxseed oil

NAC

Milk thistle

Agmatine sulfate

Inositol

Blueberry concentrate

Magnesium l-threonate

Vinpocetine

Bacopa monnieri

Mental mushrooms (lion's mane, cordyceps, reishi, chaga)

KSM-66 Ashwagandha

American Ginseng

Beta Carotene/Lutein/Zeaxanthin/Lycopene/Astaxanthin/Alpha Carotene

Gotu Kola

Probiotics

Uridine Monophosphate

Noopept

Aniracetam

 

Things I take less often:

Cacao

Huperzine A

Piracetam

Sulbutiamine

 

Do you have any advice on these supplements? Can you comment on how to take them, what to combine, what to take with food or on an empty stomach, etc...?

Most of the things you list can beneficially be taken with food. Especially nutrional supplements of things (vitamins, minerals, extracts) that are or should be in food anyway; your system is evolved to find them in that context. The main exceptions would be the racetams and the Noopept ... those I would take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, with coffee if you drink it. Mine are in powder form, and I just put them in an empty coffee cup and pour in a little not-too-hot coffee and chug, followed with my regular morning cup.
