I've read that lithium protects against neuro-aging (+ boosts hippocampal volume & neurogenesis), improves cellular B12 / folate uptake, improves mood, and seems to offer some protection against viral activation as an immune booster.  It also seems to boost autophagy and longevity.  On the flip side, orotic acid seems sort of sketchy / toxic, and anything beyond micro-dose lithium has the potential to impair memory or energy, with a narrow therapeutic range.

I tried Memory Protect a while back from LEF and would like to incorporate it back into my supplement stack.

I'm surprised no one has made a really nice B12 + B9 lozenge with a micro-pinch of Li Citrate -- it seems like this would balance out the methyl donor edge while also improving uptake.

In looking for alternatives, I've come across Li-Zyme, and Trace Mineral Drops (which includes quite a bit of arsenic), as well as the NeuroHacker Collective's massive, crazy-expensive stack with Li.

Are there any stacks, combos, or multis that include a pinch of Li that I'm overlooking?

The orotic acid in lithium orotate should not be a big problem. A typical magnesium orotate tablet contains 10 times as much orotic acid and it is even supposed to be beneficial for the heart in that dosage.
