Hello, has anyone here ever tried Pregnenolone? They were talking about it on a recent episode of Joe Rogan's podcast and it sounds like a wonder drug for someone like me who has anxiety issues. I've been hoping to come off of benzo's and SSRI's in the future and this sounds great. Any experiences? Thanks!

if you have any anxiety tendency, forget about it. took it only once and it made my anxiety much worse and bad night sleep. was very tired next day.
