Hello, I currently take 200mg of Zoloft and 2mg of risperdone. I am curious about trying various nootropics. Currently I have some Alpha GPC and Uridine Monophosphate. Are these OK to take with SSRI's? I also have some of the racetams, but Ive heard it's not best to mix with SSRI's.

What should I avoid? What is OK?

I love modafinil. Used to take it as modavigil, but now  MODALERT seems to currently be the best-priced, most easily obtainable, and ubiquitous.

I also take TINY amts (almost measured in grains!) of WAKALERT which works on me like mild speed.

I used to stack all my smart drugs w/CHOLINE and have heard recently that's still not a bad idea. Just haven't scored any lately.

Modalert is a real game-changer for me. Clears out cobwebs I didn't know I had at almost age 62
