Hello,

I currently take 200mg of zoloft and 2mg of risperidone for ODC. I also take clonazepam for anxiety. Currently I'm taking some natural supplements such as multi-vitamin, krill oil, and lions mane, but I have been curious about trying some nootropics such as Alpha GPC, Uridine, and maybe some of the racetams. I'm not expecting medical advice, but does anyone know how these would interact with SSRI's (or any of the other medications I take)? Is there any good info out there about it? I've read conflicting things. Thank you!

I would just take it really slow.

When I first tried modavigil (modafinil) I was extremely displeased with the results. Headaches, almost nausea.

But, when I re-visited (the same stash) many, many years later and decided to microdose it, there were significantly positive results.

I've been on it ever since (Modalert these days.)

And, in my sit, unlike you, there was no other interactions to concern myself with.

Bottom Line: You can try tiny amounts of almost any (generally considered safe) nootropic  until you notice a change...
