My regimen is just Phophatidylcholine 2x400mg, but I get a crash during day, if I get less then 8.5 hours sleep.

What is the most recommended, non-racetam and non-adrenergic, supplement in this case?

May be sth. I could take in the evening to get a deeper sleep.

My girlfriend & I both take inositol (aka myo inositol) 1gr, half an hour before bed and get remarkable results for sleep.

Inositol doesn't make you drowsy at all, but helps to clear your head of those thought-loops that tend to keep you from falling (and staying) asleep.

Those with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) discovered inositol's effect of clearing the mind, but many don't realize how helpful this can be as a sleep aid too.

We both wake up bright as a button the next morning, with no residual/side effects.  I also take phosphatidylcholine during the day.  A wonderful lipid management tonic and choline source.
