I had a good experience dealing with Mr. Robert Wong at sesres.com. After waiting and waiting for an order that looked like it would never show up I contacted SES and Robert replied immediately to say if the item did not show up at the start of the following week he would schedule another package. The real problem was not the three week wait (I live in Australia) it was the fact no updates were appearing on USPS.com after it presumably left the States. It looked like my package had vanished.
Perhaps customs held it for weeks and never said a thing. We'll never know. When I emailed Robert at the nominated date, he said 'straight off the bat', as we like to put it in Aussie, that he*d have another on the way with FedEx. I was impressed. It could have been quite an ordeal if I was going to have to wait forever for USPS to reply to my enquiries, and they never did, or if the retailer dug in his toes and insisted I wait.
This isn't a moan though. It's a shout-out for SES, because they were really good to deal with when an issue like this arose.
And, as these things happen, the very day I emailed Robert and got his reply a re-scheduled item was on its way, what do you know, but the courier turns up at my door. The latest USPS mail I have ever had. But to be fair to USPS, the updates went up on their site while the item was still in the States. Maybe it all broke down at the Australian end.
I can recommend SES for the above reason. I should add here that I have no business link with sesres.com at all, apart from being their customer and buying C60 powder from them this past month.
