Hi all, thanks all for the info in this forum.
I have started to take L theanine (250mg)+caffeine (100mg) and Synapsa from Bacopa (320mg 55% extract). I am planning to take 1 every morning for both, except for the L-theanine+caffeine which I might sometimes take twice a day.
I am wondering from your experience, is it okay to have these stacks in the long term, especially for liver? Also, will I build tolerance, possibly from the L theanine+caffeine supplement? If yes, how do I get around this?
