It all started when I started taking high dose niacin b3 I felt great for like a month or three and then I started to feel brain fog and I wouldn’t feel no anxiety at all and I feel weird like detached not in a depersonalized or derealized way. I work out but don’t really feel adrenaline I sometimes do but almost rarely . I feel weird I don’t really know were to ask for help I tried everywhere and I got no help tbh . I took the niacin for depression/anxiety and it “changed my life” but now I don’t feel much of anything like joy and I can’t laugh like it’s almost impossible I also developed weird thoughts that I never had before taking niacin . If this forum could help I would appreciate any advice . I did some searching and all that comes up is possible detox symptoms since niacin is used by many dr’s to detox heavy metals .i just want to be my moral anxious self again lol.

There is a closed Facebook group called Niacin B3 and its Healing Benefits. You have to request to join but they respond quickly. There’s a ton of information there and always lots of support.
