Hello, is it true? I hear about it and want to stop taking antioxitands but i wanna your opinion.

I found this video to be helpful in its explanation. As usual most of these studies, the one you linked in particular, are mouse models or in vitro. There's also the confounding issues they fail to consider.

Antioxidants can't cause cancer but they can prevent the destruction and removal of cancer cells.

But oxidation causes cancer so you need antioxidants. Too little antioxidants is worse than too much.
