Hey guys,
I take several anti-depressants, and it's either that or diet that doesn't seem to gel well with anything that increases Choline in the brain. So just wondering what nootropics there are that don't act on Choline like the racetams or ALCAR, CDP etc?
Also I seem to be fairly sensitive to Glutamate, so anything acting on/increasing that's no good either. Used to take Tyrosine which wasn't bad (Noradrenaline precursor) but I decided to replace that with a Whey Protein Concentrate shake to make sure I get all the basic aminos that my brain, body and the anti-depressants need.
I've just started taking Artichoke extract with Forskolin and that seems pretty good so far. Apart from that been a long time user of Bacopa. Also got some Sulbutiamine along with other alternative versions of B Vitamins like R5P, NMN, P5P, methylfolate and methylcobalamin. I'm planning on taking all of those instead of a typical Vitamin B supplement that contains all of the cheapest versions of the various B's. Also to see if I get a reasonable Nootropic effect.
Anyway, what ya reckon?
Cheers.
