I've been reading about olive leaf extract, and it does seem to increase dopamine indirectly. I couldn't find the dosage though, at least not for this, and I was wondering if someone has any experience with it and could advise me on the required dosage for dopaminergic effects?

I find it lowers NOR way too much.

Thanks for mentioning that - I just looked into it further, and it's not something I will be taking.

That would be great for me if true. I’m on an endless quest to reduce my noradrenaline levels ( and anything that increases it is pure hell for me )
However, evidence seems to be contradictory. This study suggests OLE actually increase noradrenaline levels : https://www.ncbi.nlm...pubmed/22901687

Hmm, I have also seen conflicting studies, but my end conclusion is that it does reduce NOR levels.

Might I ask why you want to reduce your NOR?

Sorry, I think I got this wrong. I was speaking from personal experience, as I found Olive Leaf Extract to take the edge off stimulants to the point of demotivation. I thought it lowered NOR because that's what I read years ago, turns out I am wrong. Next time I will back my comments with research.
