best nootropic
nootropic smart durgs
I think Piracetam is still the best .... lot of people have positive and pleasant review for it
FIsh Oil and Vitamin E. It works and it's natural. I've tried some of the others (PIracetem/Choline, Noopept, Ginko, Anricitam and some others without long-term success). I posted my experience on another post.
They work and are great if you have to cram for an exam or something, but I'd only use them in case of emergency where you really need that extra clarity to perform a particular task.
A few weeks of use I think is enough to start noticing side-effects, but I notice it much faster now that I know how they effect me.
Other natural suppliments which go quite well together with the above are Magnesium, B vitamins, vitamin C and Ginseng.
Resveritrol can't hurt as well.
CoEnzyme Q10 works well, but I think that might only be for when you're older.
Matcha green tea is also quite good, and it has the added advantage of containing caffiene (have your coffee wtih your tea ).
Ginko Biloba works but see my notes in the other post.
