How to get started getting more study time???

Exams are so soon - in the end of January, and I still haven't put enough hours into the preparation.

Gotta get started, but the focus seems to be off and I got no clue how to get it back.

Which supplements or nootropics would you recommend?

I've been having a hard time focusing this December.

Not sure what happened, either this cold or I'm missing out on something in my diet.

I got some exams coming up and I've gotta really dig down deep to get that focus no matter what.

I've been supplementing myself with some nootropics, vitamins, but the efficacy seem to have decreased.
