From: Can We Get Straight Information About Telomerase Inducers?

Another exciting telomerase activator that is easy to get and promising is milk thistle extract (silymarin),
taken at 10 grams/day, according to the Product B people. Nitric oxide at 5-10 grams/day is
a good telomerase activator for the endothelial lining, and Hawthorn, which improves heart muscle
tone, is a good telomerase activator, according to the Product B folks at IsAGenix, who have put many telomerase
activators into Product B.

I'm pretty sure that 5-10 g nitric oxide would kill you. Maybe you mean arginine? I don't think there is any evidence that silymarin or hawthorn can increase telomere lengths in humans. The Product B "Development Work", and I use that term charitably, consisted of some high concentration in vitro screening results. I do not expect it to work as a telomere extender in humans.

Green: I meant 5-10 grams of arginine for nitric oxide.

Telomerase activation 2008 at 59

Oct.22, 2008 - Today I bumped into another 59 year old fellow, who sported a totally grey Santa Claus beard, with hair falling out of his scalp in patches, although he showed fairly good skin. With my telomerase activation/deactivationtechnique for eliminating senescent cells by enlongating their telomere t-loops until they closeand the cells become immortal phenotype cells, I may seem to be between 46 and 48 after 17 monthsof therapy. I seemed to be looking at a man in a state I was time traveling away from, a poor Santaclosing in on his Hayflick Limit. I suggested studyingantiaging medicine on Internet, pointing out that the last 10 years of Life Extension Magazine is out there for free. However, he recoiled, coughing that he "doesn't like to read". Men from ScriptOn are safer, I thought, feeling abit more like Superman or Green Lantern. According to my math model for the telomere remodeling process, I get a rejuvenation rateof about 8 years per year to 9 years per year, or 0.67 years/month to 0.75 years/month. This is achievedby taking about 5 droppers full of GAIA astragalus extract in glycerin every day for two weeks, followedby a period in which I use telomerase inhibitors like resveratrol, fish oil, garlic, turmeric (curcumin), silymarin tohalt telomerase activation. During the 2-week telomerase activation period using astragalus extract, I take no telomeraseinhibitors. The dosageof astragalus extract is 5 mg/astragalosides per 150 drops, which amounts to about 5 droppers. In glycerin, the astragalus extract, a telomerase activator, is delicious, and I suppose it may be taken like cough syrup, although I mix mine up in a goblet of water and drink it down like a man taking the elixer of eternal lifefrom the Holy Grail. I have specified 4 Holy Grails for the purpose that may be taken like Jekyll-Hyde preparations, but this is the most powerfulone of all, though the effect at a rejuvenation rate of 0.75 years per month is rather glacial. In addition to a vesselfull of astragalus extract prepared via extraction with ethanol and water, I recommend a cocoa powder mix featuring2 tablespoons of cocoa powder mixed into a wine glass of water which is then poured into another wine glass like jello mixbefore cooling for several hours in the refrigerator door. This is the Jean Calment special that is supposed to deflect dementia by stimulating blood flow to the brain for two hours. It is also supposed to improve the endothelialdefense situation for the arteries, deflecting atherosclerosis. I note that it is a component of Life Extension's EndothelialDefense perparation, which includes pomegranate, "CocoaGold", and GliSODin. Another grail I regularly down isthe turmeric powder with pepper preparation, also stirred in a wine glass. The pepper is supposed to improvebioavailability of the curcumin in the turmeric. The final grail is a SOD-mimetic one featuring Wasabi Powder in water, but it has not been perfected yet. In fact, it resembles the grail not to be taken from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Wasabi powder can give one a case of dragon nostrils, as its powerful fumes can really give one a start and causeone to reel. Theoretically, however, the Wasabi powder brew should help somewhat.Although Repeat Diagnostics makes telomere measurements in blood granulocytes and lymphocytes available forless than $700 per measurement, I am still relying on files of hair clippings to track my progress in telomere remodeling,as the melanocytes in the hair follicle are refreshed by rejuvenated stem cells obtained via the astragalus extract therapy. My last file of clippings after 17 months looked better than ever, and I am getting more expert at preparing them by snipping around myhead with scissors for clumps of hair that are then placed on paper under plastic packing tape with a part of the tuftsticking out, so that the whole set of samples covers an 8.5" x 11" page of foolscap. Each sample is annotated for its origin on thescalp: right front forelock, left front forelock, over the left ear, over the right ear, crown left, crown right, behind the neckright, and behind the neck left. Every eight weeks or so I prepare an envelope with the hair clipping samples in it, including a few of mynotes. I noted after inspecting the stars that Aquarius closes in on star 108 corresponding to 2008 right at the edge of theray associated with the zero hour of time, the Vernal Equinox, also termed The First Point of Aries because 3,000 yearsago during the Kingdom of David it was in Aries, which forms the highlight of Andromeda's silk stocking and appears at firstas a horn. I noted Aquarius seems to be inspecting mainly stars from 1988 to 2008, numbered 88 to 108 on the charts, reminding me of my primary work in science on astrophysical, physical, and medical topics. I guess the work ontelomerase activation techniques represents the ultimate outer limit of my work - we bridge on through to a kindof eternal life when we defeat the Hayflick Limit, so that our adult stem cells don't run out of staying power and cancontinue to repair our aging bodies.

Aquarian Astragalus Cough Syrup Immortality

The primary thing to take for longevity turned out to be something like a delicious cough syrup, an ethanol and water extract of astragalus made available in glycerin, say GAIA Astragalus extract in glycerin. Basically, less than 1 tablespoon of this stuff per day (150 drops is the actual amount taken of 180 drops per tablespoon), half of the month, repeated every month, will turn a 60 year old man into a 25 year old man in about 5 years. That is the main thing to remember, really it is. It works by lengthening telomeres via telomerase activation (7) until telomere t-loops in senescent cells close, eliminating senescent cells. This bucks up adult stem cells, so that they can get in there and fix everything. Virtually everything else we had in antiaging medicine chest was footdragging by comparison with small molecule telomerase activator treatments based on compounds derived from astragalus extracts. The pioneering research in the matter was done by Geron, TA Sciences, Telomolecular Nanotechnologies and other firms including Sierra Sciences. They are still trying to develop faster, more effective telomerase activators that get results quicker. Aso see Astragaloside IV from RevGenetics. Otherwise, we fine-tune the system against cancer with antioxidants like cocoa powder in water, taken 2 tablespoons at a time from a crystal goblet chilled in the fridge for several hours. We fine-tune mitochondrial aging with acetyl L-carnitine taken with alpha lipoic acid. We eliminate lipofuscin with alpha lipoic acid and CoQ10. We exercise daily with 3 grams of arginine in our systems to generate nitric oxide that lengthens the telomeres in the vascular endothelium, warding off heart attack and stroke consequences of atherosclerosis. We are careful to take 2000 mg or more vitamin C daily to have plenty of it to support collagen synthesis and other metabolic reactions. We get our daily multiple vitamins and take a homocysteine blocker featuring vitamins B6, B12, folic acid, and trimethylglycine to further ward off atherosclerosis. However, if you want to see the clock of time turn the other direction, so that you really do seem to get younger, don't forget the astragalus extract. It will cost you perhaps $25.50 per month for two bottles of it to support two weeks of treatment per month, including taxes. You'll be glad you did. The exact rate at which it works for you is less important than the fact that it rejuvenates at something resembling 8 years/year to 9 years/year, that is, 0.667 years/month to 0.750 years per month. This seems glacial at first, but stick to it. After 9 months, you can usually detect some improvement. If you want the most deluxe treatment associated with this technique, see TA Sciences. There you have the opportunity to make a contribution to science. Making measurements via Repeat Diagnostics for about $650.00 each might also help you contribute to the calibration of the astragalus extract telomerase activation effect and to the history of science in this domain. Otherwise, I recommend keeping a file of undyed hair clippings from all over your head, taken every several months, so you can have a record of the rejuvenation process. Don't forget to include photos and movies. Life extension on the order of 8 times the normal human lifetime seems feasible with this technique, since telomerase activation can easily extend the replicative potential of mitotic cells by a factor of 8, and with all we now know, we might be able to extend human life indefinitely.
