Centrophenoxine taste is yuck!

I do everything sublingually, took 100mg of centro and that stuff is 100% gross. The stuff in the raw smells like burnt plastic, the taste is absolutely horrible and never had this taste before in my life. But the odd thing was, my mouth was cold like there was an ice cube in my mouth. Not numb, but cold. I tried drinking it down with my black tea, but wouldn't go away. Had to chug some water. After a couple minutes my mouth is stuck with a sweet taste... unless my taste buds are returning...

I just took it sublingually, there was no taste to it like others stated. It clumps up to any humidity at all. It was a pain to measure out exactly 10mg. I used my favorite mouth wash along with it to help it out, lol. Took both my choline supplement and racetam. I'll give it 30 minutes to an hour to see if anything comes of 10mg.

I just took 150MG of CDP-Choline and was... an interesting taste.. My mouth watered a lot, like a slobbery dog. The taste isn't horrible, but it isn't too grand either. Maybe the the taste is like butter. I don't like butter by itself and that is the best way I could describe it.

I noticed one thing, when I took 150mg by itself, I felt this slow headache coming on. ugh. But the racetam helped get rid of it.

Speed Reading Training

While waiting for the day that I can noot it up, I've been practicing speed reading. I want to fully utilize my noot experience in hopes to get out of this life slump, not depression, more like money issues. Anyway, when I was taught as a child to speed read, it was completely wrong. They had you try to read as fast as possible, it had nothing to do with proper speed reading like these modern apps are teaching. Then in high school they had you read completely fucked up. They, being a single person, would have me read the first paragraph of a page, then the first and last sentence of every paragraph there after, then read the last paragraph of the second page. Rinse and repeat. This might work great for story books, but technical books where the details are in those sentences skipped, would not fly. But this is where these apps are great.

With the app I am using it teaches proper speed reading technique by loading up to 3 to 4 works on a single line, nothing else. At 400 wpm, I am reading and understanding it all, at 500 wpm, it flashes by. The other part is it divides each page into three columns and teaches you to try to focus on the center of the 2 to 3 word block. That is the other thing, when I would read the way I would my eyes would shift and I would have to start over. With this you are nearly absorbing words by just staring, your eyes are not moving at all. This is also easy for me because when I stare at one spot for a while, everything gets really big. When I am in an interview, it's really awkward because the interviewer's head gets gigantic, like a fat head in a video game.

I think anyone wanting to use noots to enhance reading should practice speed reading to assist in their goals. Complete focus and speed reading, you would fly through any book like nothing.

This is day 4 of 250mg of choline and 250mg of inostil(sp). I have been having the worst gut busting isssues since the start of it. I was unsure if it was related to the suppliment or to food i ate a couple days ago. I couldnt assume either, so i kept on with the suppliment and drinking lots of fluid. The shit was so bad i was up every hour doing my duty....

Today around lunch it stopped randomly. I took my fourth pill today and well see what happens.

As far as polyphasic, its been hard. I sleep nearly the required 4, but because i am in sleep debt, my body evetually passes out and takes it. As a last thought, I want to jump to 500mg of choline for a couple weeks before jumping to the smart powder. But however long my body adjusts is how long ill stay it. Either it be 100 pills or 300. I will most likely buy the same stuff and take 2 instead of 1.
