As many will have read here on the forum, there is lots of support for for 650nm (red) light and producing collagen and not only this, but it's not tanning, it doesn't use wavelengths which are known to cause cancer. So planet fitness is apparently helping us all stay young! The machine also includes some form of vibration technology which may either have been less than I could detect, I hadn't figured out the settings yet, or it was broken. Hopefully it uses linear as opposed to oscillating frequencies. Oscillating can cause injuries but is often used for weight loss. I would understand if they shut it off.

The Lunk Alarm! A beacon of encouragement and reminder to always have an encouraging attitude and say things with a voice of encouragement. I was very surprised at just how open the place must be. I must remember to return the encouragement I find there to others.

 

Love PF's culture! If only all gyms were as good. Hope they expand everywhere. Lower price and better by design. I could go on as to how they encourage members.
