Cost assumes you are using ZMK at 3/4th dosage. Price with Amino acid chelated minerals stack attached here: http://tinyurl.com/Stack1-8-1 will be 37.83 per month, about 90 cents more than using ZMK at full dosage. The stack can not be 3/4ths dosed like ZMK, but uses better forms and thus should absorb better, though it may lose a few pretty minor advantages ZMK has in gaining this. Shipping from http://www.iherb.com/ is free with orders of this size. Promo code CUN968 will get you a 5 dollar discount on your first purchase there, and give me a small reward for referring you with that code. *Iherb's value challenge: http://www.iherb.com/info/Benefits#q1 It's a price match system; they will match the price of any competitor that offers better prices in an order over 60 dollars. The reason I don't advise just ordering the supps that are cheaper from their competitors is the shipping will murder you. Iherbs shipping, however, is free on orders over 40 bucks, and is NOT TAKEN OUT OF THE REBATE YOU GET FROM THIS CHALLENGE. Be aware you can only compare 1 competitor's price per cart; no mixing and matching, but since the carts have to be over 60 dollars anyway, you'll be getting free shipping from iherb in every case with your rebate. Practices to stick to when using this policy: -Remember, 1 store at a time. -4 items of a kind is when a bulk discount from iherb starts to apply, which will cut down your rebate a little. Cheaper is cheaper, but remember, you don't have to buy for Iherb's bulk discount, you just have to find a store that has a cheaper source of everything in the cart to maximize savings. If a store has a bulk discount at 3 items (luckyvitamin) you can maxmize savings further, though probably not by a hell of a lot. Still, it's more. -Subtotal before discounts and shipping has to be over 60 dollars. This applies to the competitor's prices, too. -You have to be part of the US. Maybe the continental US, ask customer service, alaskans and hawains. The international shipping is really low, that's why. -If the product is cheaper at Iherb, it gets its own cart along with other supplements that are. Going over 60 dollars on this cart is optional, but will save you money. Same with 4 and 12 products of a kind; discount rates. -Try not to make a cart for price comparisons at other stores with just 1 type of item in it, unless you're a big fan of stocking up. -Products MUST be IDENTICAL. -Promo codes are not factored in. Only what the price of your order was and the price of what your order would be for identical products at another site. -Provide links and an order number in your email to customer service. -Since I have one supp I can only get at BB.com for a decent price (+ the promo code for 10 percent off), I also buy the supps that are cheapest there from BB, since I'm paying shipping anyway. This is not the only way to go about it, as you can do a price match against promo codes, but eh, it's about the same in costs. It's what I have factored in up there. -Make your first purchase at Iherb the "Cheaper at Iherb" cart. Since it's your first time buying there, you can use promo code CUN968 for some savings. Currently, this is the only coupon offer they have, but not the only code that activates it; the unique thing about this code is it's linked to my account, and so I get a little store credit as a percentage of your subtotal while you save 5 bucks. It's not much on either count, but it's something. They did it to reward word of mouth. Since their price match policy+free shipping beat everything out there, I'd probably be spreading it by word of mouth anyway. Sites that are good for comparison: http://www.iherb.com/ (Iherb has decent prices on some products, especially the ones on sale) http://www.luckyvitamin.com/ (Best selection, prices are all around lower than Iherb, though not the lowest) http://discountanabolics.com/ (VERY cheap vitamin A and C for my supp routine) http://vitacost.com/ (Neck and neck with luckyvitamin, but no now products =/) And various other sites for any supplement you're interested in may have a better rate than these 3 for 1 or 2 supps, so use that google price match. Anyway, back on topic, the ACES stack! So, what do you buy where? The "cheaper at Iherb" order will consist of the FamilE, the Carlson K2, and the vitamin D3, and any extras you might want to get there (Coenzyme q10 is on special there, so is Max DHA liquid.). Then you'll have the "Cheaper at discountanabolic" order, which will consist of the vitmamin A supplement and C supplement. Then you'll have the order at Bodybuilding.com, which will consist of the ZMK, Calcium and B complex supplements. Apply the promo codes to your bodybuilding.com order and notify the Iherb staff about your cheaper source of A and C and any promo codes applying to that order and bam, you meet the price quoted in my stack with the right cycling. Easily beats orthocore where it doesn't match it, with a better delivery system, higher amounts of nutrients that you'll need more of (C, D, maybe K), superior forms (C, ZMK), and generally alot more control. Of course, this is MY stack of choice. You also get another thing you'll like more with seperate supplementation following a similar plan: The ability to customize your stack. I made mine to be an orthocore competitor/killer. If you'd rather gun for a lower cost multi, you can do the same. Shipping from http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/index.html (for the ZMK + B) is 6 dollars. However, ordering the ZMK as part of a larger order will mitigate that cost with these promo codes: 10 Percent off codes (just keep entering until one works): show10percentoff ComeBack10Percent ComeBack10PerOff show10percentoff whp10peroff ComeBack10Off180 If none of them work... backup codes: 5off100 (for orders over $100) 10off200 (for orders over $200) 15off250 (for orders over $250) 20off300 (for orders over $300) Timings: General/Misc -Cycle all supplements; use them 5 days out of 7, or even less on some weeks. -Take all vitamins and antioxidants away from workout times, at least 2 hours away. -Mix up the days you take them and the days you don't. -20 oz water soon after you get up before taking anything. -Take the fat soluble vitamins (DAEK) with a fat containing meal. -Take any polyphenols in the morning, apart from minerals (they mess with absorption). Vitamin D, Cal, K2 -Take D around mid day at least, no later, as it will interfere with sleep if taken too late. Take it apart from vitamin A. -Take the D, a dose of fish oil, Vitamin K-2, any extra magnesium (not from ZMK) and calcium together, for maximum synergistic effects, together with a fat containing meal. Vitamin C, A, E, B. -Take the C whenever, away from minerals and calcium. Space out the doses by a few hours as only 500mg can be absorbed at a time. Take one dosage with vitamin A and E during a fat containing meal, take another two with the dosage of B vitamins. -Take the B whenever, away from minerals and calcium. A dose is 2 capsules, so space them out, taking them with doses of C. No meal needed. Minerals -ZMK at night 1 hour before bed. Taking it some time away from a meal may help absorption. Avoid anything with excessive calcium content while taking this.
