Description

I don't usually take the pills at a preset time, but my thought was to apply a kind of 'confusion principle', where I take a random few over the course of the day, simulating how this might have occurred with our ancestors in the wild. The hope being 1) that's how the body expects it, 2) the body won't become quite 'used' to it and stop producing said elements naturally. I take the 2xDay 2nd pills at night sometime.

I'm also now trying to get my pills w/o Magnesium Sterate fillers.

I was taking a multi-vitamin as well, but I think that might have been overkill on the vitamin A.

Maybe I am overdoing it :)

The only things I think I may be missing out is fish oil.
