Wow Climatic You have no sense of Humor do you? Yeah I smoke a carton of cigarettes a day and i get headaches because i'm getting smarter. You sure spent alot of time showing how crazy I am. I do admit to having addictions and being somewhat reckless but definitely no where near dangerous with my supplement usage. Many people wern't using scales when Noopept first came around and someone even gave an eyeball guide to measure. Clearly you are someone who has no clue what Context is and sees only the little details in their own little negative way judging the shit out of everyone. Bravo i'm very proud of you. Would you like to psychological asses this post for me please. I'd like to know if its on Par with what you think. I'm not the only one who has had noopept sexual issues. At that time yes i was probably not that healthy but I get the same effects now so I don't even use the stuff anymore.

I'm sorry I didn't try Light therapy before taking noopept. I must be stupid. I'm really kicking myself for that one. hahaha. This was somewhat amusing to read.

This post was my personal subjective effects of using Noopept. I wasn't that serious about it and would have had better results with a scale and not taking other supplements. Does this mean you have to be so Dramatic with your Big Red Letters. Warning Warning do not read this thread or your life will be in danger. Did you tell the other hundreds of people that dosed noopept without a scale that they should be in the asylum. Look at the chemical composition. Does this look like something that would kill you if dosing without a scale. This isn't 2ct-7 we are talking about.

Hello guys, im very new to this stuff, been reading a lot on here and Noopept came to my attention, I'm an internet marketer, that means I spend countless hours in front of my computer and I've been noticing that I can't focus on coding or doing difficult reading tasks like I used to some years ago and I don't talk much my wife gets mad because she talks a lot, so thought to give Nootropics a shot.
I'm thinking of ordering it next week from CH, is shipping to Europe fine?

Is there anything else I should get besides the scale to measure it? perhaps fish oil?

thanks in advance!

I smoke a lot and don't do much exercise, my weight is good for my height, which is about 60kg - 1.72m in european measurements.
I drink mostly socially.

I am not sure of noopept, but when taking Uridine it was easy to quit (cravings just dissapeared), whilst with methylene blue I got serious headaches after first cigarette even if it was in the evening, probably due to its MAOI effects, but cravings was also down. Probably you should try welbutrin, I think it is designed for this purpose..

how much did you used to smoke? I'm smoking around a pack and a half per day, sometimes more if I go out and drink.
I can't imagine drinking my coffee without smoking, or drinking a glass of scotch without the smoke lol

ok this is kinda OT, in fact I never have problems cutting on it, just every day move the time mark of first cigarette.. its that simply. I usually notice that when smoking first one, you actually get more craving for else, its that redosing nature of nicotine (which is in fact similar to some stims). If you manage to smoke your first one sometime after dark in the evening it will be easy to stay here and slowly reduce overall intake.

Anyone expereinced depression while ceasing noopept use after a few weeks on? Ive taken pehnibut (1-2 grams once a week this past month - total 6-7 grams max) and am also taking fish oil (10 grams a day). I dont know which of these is causing the severe depression.

phenibut is one of the most addictive known substances...fish oil is said to help with depression, though i have not experienced this personally. but this is a good question- does noopept cause depression or other withdrawls?

EDIT: and the answer is yes - 3-4 hours of suicidal depression from quitting after mega-dosing it; quick google search http://www.longecity...al/#entry503997

yeah I read manic's thread, my depression has been present for a week (after I quit taking both noopept and phenibut) and manifests itself in the form of crying spells and feelings of despair and utter hopelessness which Ive NEVER expereinced in my life - I have a great two month long vacation coming up that Ive been looking forward to and overall good quality of life with the future looking promising yet I cant beat this dark cloud of emotions that has suddenly appeared. I know phenibut causes some depression/withdrawal affects upto 14 days after cessation so Im hoping that is whats causing it and will stop in a few more days. Im really in the worst state of my life. Have to keep calling people to talk to otherwise I slip back into depression.

Looking back now I think its the phenibut that's causing this. I threw that shit away and am going to ride this out. Health food supplement my ass!

Then it should be a case of "washing out", and simple things like drinking enough (a lot of) water and exercise will help. Also make sure you don't isolate yourself (looks like you don't). May sound silly but people often forget what they can simply "do".

I would recommend tapering off and stopping the phenibut. I've only heard bad things about long-term use with it.

That seems like a lot of fish oil. Try cutting it down to 4-6 grams a day. I have heard that when you go above that amount you risk having elevated liver enzymes.

yeah, I stopped taking the phenibut about two and a half weeks ago and an ashwagandha supplement (also a GABA agonist) I was taking, last week. Feel like 80% better now...worst few weeks of my life, like completely two different people before and after.

you should really look up all the information you can find on any sort of chemical rather thoroughly before you take it, especially if you're taking it routinely. phenibut has warnings all around the internet not to take it consistently. regardless, I'm glad you're feeling better.

What does 5 mg do for you (consistently)? How many times a day might you take it?

Personally, 10-20mg 3-4x daily seems like it helps me be less of a loser, but it's hard to say for sure. Essentially I think it helps me with "mental resolve", for which you need some personal challenges in the first place. Again, I can't be sure though.

Okay. I THINK I can finally say noopept did something (useful) for me... I took 50mg with 2.5g piracetam and about an hour later I decided to clean up a lot of stuff. I was cleaning for almost like 3 hours in just my bed room... an almost OCD cleaning of every nook and cranny. Things I've wanted to clean but always was too lazy to start. In fact, I didn't even notice it was the effect of the noopept until thinking about it now. I suppose it could be coincidence, but that seems very very unlikely.

Music also sounds much more amazing than normal, like when I take aniracetam. This is coming from someone who tried noopept many times and finally resolved to the fact it was useless for me, but I decided why not try it at 50mg today.. spur of the moment thing. The only things I took were piracetam and noopept, no caffiene or anything else. So, possibly it does work for me, maybe I just need higher doses since I'm tapering off benzos OR maybe it reenergized my brain after all the tapering(slight benzo w/d which manifests as fatigue and ... well every negative thing you can think of at some point...lol). Piracetam seemed to make my brain much more normal too, so maybe noopept has an even stronger effect on reversing the effects of tapering down my dose of benzodiazepines... I'm not really sure at all hahah

My experience with noopept lasted around 6 months before I decided to stop for a while. I feel Noopept made me act like a jerk and it influenced my personality in becoming more extroverted during that period, as i am naturally an introvert. In this period I also lost "care" for humanity and essentially preferred logic, something i've heard others report as well.
