Hey All,

I am on the hunt again for a good noot.

I am going to be studying computer programming in the next couple of months so I am looking for a nootropic stack that will fit my needs.

I'm looking for one to increase my memory retention along with concentration. I do have a supply for generic adderall however i'm not a fan of being stuck on it constantly. I will use it when needed however i think i prefer more things like Racetams as adderall is a bathsalt makeup.

I am a avid user of Ginkgo, Green tea, B complex, Fish oil and a multivitamin. I'm looking to add Choline and a Racetam. I was thinking Piracetam, however I have heard its not the best for memory retention.

I have heard Ani, Oxi, and Prami are the best for memory retention, however how feasable is it to really be on one of those finacially?

I'm hoping to spend about 100$ on a noot that will last me roughly 3 months and will have noticeable effects within the first 1-3 weeks.

Anyone have any suggestions/insight?

I'm a first year computer science student, and I have found the following supplements to be useful for cognition.

I copied the contents of my own nootropic stack.

http://www.longecity...tropic-regimen/

Piracetam: 1200 mg twice daily.
Noopept: 10 mg twice daily.
Acetyl L-Carnitine: 500 mg once daily.
Alpha Lipoic Acid: 200 mg once daily.
Vitamin C: Up to 500 mg once daily.
Folic Acid: 50 mcg once daily. Part of a B-vitamin complex that I take.
Inositol: 100 mg once daily. This is part of the same B-vitamin complex mentioned above.
NAC: 500 mg once daily.
Fish Oil: 6 grams of fish oil daily. 2700 mg EPA and DHA. 3240 mg omega-3 fatty acids.
Vitamin K-2: 100 mcg every 4th day.
Centrophenoxine: 250 mg once daily. Titrated upwards for a maximum of 500 mg.

Since you live in America, you get free shipment on many of these supplements, which will cut down on costs.

Of all these supplements, noopept will most likely be your best bet, the 'therapeutic' effects show up in 8 to 10 days.

I find piracetam pretty good for studying.

Definitely seems to help with my memory and ability to focus.
