So after years and years of daily, multi-houred meditations and retreats, I feel like something popped and I essentially slipped into a depersonalization type state. Im almost in this waking trance stay that resembles the feeling you get when you are jolted awake in the middle of the night after deep sleep. After a QEEG it was reported that I have excess alpha and delta pretty much globally. Is there anything I can do to inhib alpha? Whats the most reasonably priced unit I can purchase which could help me correct such an issue?

I would get a Q-wiz or a U-wiz (depending on if you want to do Heg neurofeedback with Eeg) and bioexplorer. I think that would be the most affordable system that works great.
