It is not, actually it is worst, best is weight training, especially if you are 40+,in the evening, after 23h fasting. Actually in the morning you do aerobic exercise plus dynamic stretching. And in the evening resistance training, straight after training you take special amino elixir and main meal between 1200-1500cal,and then you don't eat again for 23h,through the day you drink special herbal drinks, and yes, if I forgot to mention, don't eat meat, eggs and all that crap...
