I have taken TAM-818 capsules since September 2018, each bottle lasts 3 months at about $267 per month it is not more expensive than TA-65 depending on dosage. I'm close to re testing my telomeres again, so we will see how better my telomeres have gotten.  I also take Isagenesis and do fastings.

According to this interview, https://bengreenfiel...mere-testing/, Libella (the company that has licenced Bill Andrew's gene therapy) should be treating their first patient in May 2019.

From what I can tell the difference between Libella's offering and Bioviva's, is that Bioviva are specifically targeting the brain so require a smaller dose, whereas Libella are treating the whole body, but with the primary endpoint still being treatment of Alzheimer's Disease. This probably explains why the Bioviva treatment costs much less. On that subject, I also read it was free for a limited number of patients, although you still have to pay for travel and follow up testing. Maybe re-apply Ceridwen?

Changing tack slightly, has anyone on this forum tried Bill Andrews TAM-818 pills you can buy from Defytimer? They are even more expensive that TA-65, but claimed to be 16% of HELA (compared to ~6% for TA-65). Biovailability at this time is unknown, though Bill told me he believes it will be good based on the design of the molecule (following Lipinski's rule of five).

my parents are on it, say they generally "feel good" lol. The effects if this kind of supplement will always be subtle for people who aren't hardcore anti aging enthusiasts like us, plus they're only been taking for 2 and a half months.

They've now released Defytimer in capsule form:

bhttp://defytimer.com...ement-defytime/

When I try going to "www.defytimer.com" I get a message from my browser saying that the site's name does not match the name on the certificate.  But when I go to "www.defytime.com" my browser happily lets me go there, and the defytime.com site content appears to be legit (I acknowledge that a spoofer site would also likely display content that appears to be legit).

The products on https://defytime.com...ement-defytime/ are expensive.

I think they are getting rid of the defytimer.com domain to avoid further confusing their costumers. It definetly belongs to the TAM818 group.

At 16% HELA (which you won't get the full benefit of in vivo, I suspect), you'd only expect a slightly reduced rate of telomere loss and a maybe a slightly greater barrier to cellular senescence. So if you don't start treatment till you're already fairly old, I think you'd be lucky to buy more than a few pre-senescent years. From this perspective starting younger would be better, but for me the expense makes TAM818 not worth it.

In my opinion other supplements will give you more additional years even without any telomerase, for example using the right combination of antioxidants. Having said all that the right testomonial on TAM818 could possibly change my mind, and a slightly more effective telomerase activator and I'd jump on it without hesitation.

Since late 2017 I've consumed 1 bottle of the TAM-818 capsules and 4 of the sublingual spray.

Too bad there's no telomere testing available where I live. Yes I feel good, but I don't suddenly look like a 25-year old...

On the product page you can download a report showing that it's "independently certified as meeting USA food safety standards",

but I'm more interested in an independent test of how much TAM-818 it contains. But then I guess you would still need a clinical study to

know if that amount will have an effect in vivo. It's hard to be an early adopter. You often feel there's a risk you could be ripped off,

but then you just can't resist trying the products anyway ;)

Until I'm more sure of it's effects I will probably only take one bottle of the capsules (3 months) per year. Continuous use for a whole year = 3200 dollar

=  a bit much for my economy at the moment.
