depends if you got familial tendonitis or not. if you do, it is not good for you. except in moderation you can still get away with that.
but i have to be the second poster in this thread to hang a question mark on professional bodybuilding.. extremely high calorie, low fiber diets.. bodily and drug abuse. in the grand scheme of things all this might only shave 2-3 years off your life, but those are two years you'll never get back and you ultimately can't keep this lifestyle up past your 70s or 80s you'll eventually crash and burn. that doesnt have to happen if you pace yourself, care less about your numbers, generally listen to your body and engage in a balance of cycling, yoga, meditation, massages, and a higher fiber diet. i may only be 170lbs at 5'10" and people may tell me i look "just toned" but theyre just jealous, i can see it in their eyes the reflection of my worn t-shirt and popping pectorals. the sight of them is good for sore eyes. it's been that way ever since i took to a diet of pumpkin seeds and gingerale, cause i haven't been to the gym in god knows how long..
