My full plan for next month would be a mix of all of this:

  • Strict ketogenic diet
  • Intermittent fasting (for 21hrs/day)
  • Calisthenics and barbell training (every 2nd day)
  • Meditation (+20min/day)
  • Microdosing (~10ug every 2nd to 4th day) and ~5mg Methamphetamine one day after for neuroregeneration
  • Semax (400ug/day)
  • Probiotics
  • Mineral and vitamin supplements

After half a year of searching for ways to extend human potential, I got to this point...

  1. Is there anyone here who did something similar?
  2. What could one expect?.
  3. Would there be anything useful to add or edit?

I thank you in advance for your response.

Cheers,

Scholar

This is what I do, expect try do a 24 hour dry fast once a week. It's what I do, its 3x more efficetive then water fasting, also try to do an extended fast of 4 days once a month. I never feel any need to fast longer then 4 days, also may I ask why the meth? Also what vitamins and minerals do you supplement?

Wow. What are the effects of fasting this long for you, next to cancer prevention? General heightened mental sharpness?
Taking really low doses of Meth is quite good for neurogenesis and neuroprotection, if taken orally for better control.

Semax potentiates the effects quite a bit for both (LSD and amphetamines).

I take magnesium citrate at the moment (gonna change to the spray) and take vitamin D3, B12 and Zinc supplements.

How are you now, compared to the old you?

The dry fasting for 24 hrs is interesting. Tell us more. I googled it but it's hard to find anything credible. The knee jerk response, of course, to any dry fasting is that it's woo and dangerous. But dry fasting for 24 hours, depending upon your (good) health, who knows.

24 hours once per week, week in, week out, though, that might create a darker story. Increased risks for kidney stones, maybe?

I've hike portions of the American Pacific Crest Trail, which meanders through 700 miles of waterless desert (carry your own, man, or you'll die -- unless you luck out with a trail angel's prized gallon jug here and there undependable), and so I have desert hiked more that 24 hours, scarily, without food or water. It wasn't pleasant or fun, but it was memorable for life. To thirst is to expand in that shroomy kinda way -- not saying it's "healthy..." But looking up at the stars, alone, edge of this random galaxy, in the desert at night, thirsty, hungry, sandy, and you definitely find something worth living for.

None of this is dangerous or irresponsible.

Microdose LSD is an incredibly motivating and creative experience. It's like coffee but with an extra kick in the ass and good ideas. It's also quite anti-depressant.

I tried to make it a whole month on keto and it was just too restrictive for me, I'm aiming just low carb with intermittent fasting, or as low carb as I can reasonably go, but good luck with the challenge!

Dry fasting is dangerous, even the proponents make this point. I'd like to see a study, any study, showing actual health benefits. I searched Google Scholar for a while but didn't find any studies of this at all, with the exception of some mice who were basically dehydrated to death while the researchers took weights and blood samples. Methamphetamine seems like it should be contraindicated as well.

Ah yeah I agree on that, dry fasting I think is a bad idea, especially in conjunction with any sort of stimulant drug.

.

Sort of a competition getting going for coming up with the most novel, least commonsensical ideas? The more outrageous the more attention they attract?

Put me down in the “moderation in all things” camp. Soon that may be an outrageous idea itself.

I wonder if Kimura ended up in calorie restriction which might explain part of his longevity? Although genetics may have played a role.

 Eat Small Portions

The Japanese have a saying : hara hachibunme. (eat until you're 80% full). Kimura lived by this philosophy, preaching his self-made slogan of "eat less and live long."  Pacing himself with small portions paid off.  At nearly 115, he still enjoyed a good appetite and ate whatever he wanted. He took no medication at all."

"Four of Kimura's siblings lived past the age of 90, and his youngest brother died at the age of 100"

Not drinking for that long will lead to mild dehydration. Dehydration will downregulate klotho and that is undesirable.

I have seen many people either 1) drink coffee/tea, or 2) take supplements, during fasting.

They have reported, anecdotally, positive effects.

However, personally in my opinion, both 1) and 2) should be avoided to limit the circadian feeding window. This is based on an idea that I derived from Dr Rhonda Patrick's video on Joe Rogan's podcast.

I think they will not affect autophagy as much but would be beneficial to avoid anything but water.

Semax is great long term stimulator of BDNF but it's even better if combined with Selank.

A Redditor articulated why Semax (especially in combination with Selank) is such an effective antidepressant:

First, Semax, holds the key to treat inflammation that causes depression at the source: the immune system. Semax is a synthetic analogue of ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic hormone) from Russian that most people use for stimulation and increasing mental capacity and whatnot. However, a closer look at Semax reveals a unique potential as a break through treatment for depression. ACTH in the body stimulates cortisol, the stress hormone, that suppresses the immune system. Therefore, Semax isn't just an anti-inflammatory drug that new scientific studies are focusing on for treatment in depression but a drug that can stop the inflammation at the source: the immune system. In addition, Semax increases both serotonin and dopamine in the brain, so it fights depression on two fronts, the chemical imbalance, which is only part of the picture, and the inflammation.

Next, Selank offers another breakthrough treatment for depression with more focus on anxiety. Selank is a synthetic analogue of tuftsin. Tuftsin in the body is a enzyme produced in the spleen that modulates the immune system. Tuftsin has been proposed as a possible treatment for autoimmune disorders for this reason. Back to the point, Selank modulates the immune system and directly affects T helper cells cytokines, the same culprits that cause the inflammation present in depression and anxiety. Like its brother Semax, Selank also increases serotonin in the brain. In clinical trials, Selank demonstrated as good if not better anxiolytic effects as benzos but without the addiction and side effects. Thus, Selank offers a likewise benefit for mental illness patients.

I learned some things after doing this for nearly half an year.

Meth hit's you out of the reversed attention curve on keto, so no Meth needed.
Microdosing LSD gets even better since it highlights the good parts of the ketogenic experience.

Intermittent fasting gets interesting after around hour 16-18, perfect for work.
Don't you fucking do semax and a microdose together on a prolonged fast.
Training should consist of VERY short sets with around 4-5reps and extremely high weight (even more performance in that range than on carbs).

Do yoga and then meditate, that's a complete next level experience.
And drink water with potassiumcitrate against kidney stones every week.

Ah yeah, and about Keto and IF together... if you really want to max out your whole life and stay young for quite some time, it is probably for you.
It may change your personality altogether, so you should warn your mates.

The best would probably be to eat a large bowl of salad, three eggs, a steak/chicken breast, some broccoli, cauliflower and spinach literally every day to get all the vitamins/minerals.
All of that in one meal.
In the Austria that would be around 5€ per day for food.

And guys, start growing some broccoli sprouts for their sulforaphane.

What else do you eat on your Keto diet and what's the longest time you've microdosed. I'm looking to start doing both.

Around 100ml Olive Oil per day.
Next to that I eat:
Eggs, Fish, Nuts, drink some MCT Oil, more Eggs.
Happy cow and happy chicken.
Everything that is green...
2Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning and night.
Massive amounts of sodium and potassium (12g and 5.6g supplemented) per day.
1g Magnesium citrate.
Multivitamins...
Mix it also into my water with some lemon juice.

Microdosing... doing is consistently since over a year, maybe some 2 week breaks after bigger trips.

Don't forgt to train and meditate.
They are most fulfilling when keto-adapted.

I tend to add iodized salt into my water if I'm on keto. I'm realizing that it's not having as big of an effect on my tremor this time around, not sure why that is. I'm keto adapted by now for sure, it's been over two weeks and my blood measured ketones have been up to 3.1 on some days since day 4.

This site is quite buggy, let's try it again.

There is quite a difference between two weeks and, let's say, three months of keto.

The full reset needs at least multiple months, including microbiome and insulin sensitivity.

Would max out my Mineral-, Mind- and Ketogame if I were you.
What does ma boy say about tremors?

  • Strict ketogenic diet
  • Intermittent fasting (for 21hrs/day)
  • Calisthenics and barbell training (every 2nd day)
  • Meditation (+20min/day)
  • Microdosing (~10ug every 2nd to 4th day) and ~5mg Methamphetamine one day after for neuroregeneration
  • Semax (400ug/day)
  • Probiotics
  • Mineral and vitamin supplements

After half a year of searching for ways to extend human potential, I got to this point...

  1. Is there anyone here who did something similar?
  2. What could one expect?.
  3. Would there be anything useful to add or edit?

1 year after, but I can still reply for myself :

1. Something similar ?

  • Strict ketogenic diet : yes and no, keto but Mercola fashion (1 cheat meal each week, but no more than 100-150g carbs...3-4h after this meal, I'm still at optimal keto levels, at about 1,5mmol/l, so no worry)
  • Intermittent fasting (for 21hrs/day) : yes, from 16 to about 21h, depends of days
  • Calisthenics and barbell training (every 2nd day) : yes, 3 1h sessions/w, + 3 light shorter cardio sessions (about 20mn)
  • Meditation (+20min/day) : I'd love to do it, but only sporadic cardiac coherence exercises for now...
  • Microdosing (~10ug every 2nd to 4th day) and ~5mg Methamphetamine one day after for neuroregeneration : no
  • Semax (400ug/day) : no, but scheduled, not sure about doses though...
  • Probiotics : just eating foods : old raw cheese (french here...), yoghurt, kefir, sauerkraut...
  • Mineral and vitamin supplements : mainly the Sandra Kaufman protocol : pterostilbene/Astaxanthin/Carnosine/Quercetin (no NR as I don't feel anything with it, but some added Ashwaganda as it help me with stress/cortisol management, + very low Melatonine dose : 0,3mg ed)

2. What could one expect?.

Good health and great level of fitness at 53, low fat levels (certainly below 10% BF) and also good energy levels, very good sleep and recovery.

3. Would there be anything useful to add or edit?

- Melatonine at 0,3mg helped me really to sleep and recover better. More was not effective at all (tried 3 and 5mg before).

- Infrared sauna is also a game changer for me. Lots of infos about this, just google it...
