Hey all,

I wanted to have an approximation of how much of a molecule I had in my body at anytime, so I made a mathematica file to run pharmacokinetics models.
I am happy to share in case anyone is interested.

If you don't have Mathematica but still want estimations for the supplements you take, I would be happy to send you the graphs, just tell me what you take and when.

I made it for the supplements I take (Ephedrine and Caffeine), but you can easily modify it for any kind of supplement as long as you know the half-life and doses.

Note: I cannot attach this file to the forum (format not permitted), so if you want it, just ask me to send it to you.

Great work. Thanks for offering to share! This is the type of analysis bio-hackers need more of....instead of just blindly taking this-or-that dose.
