Hi everyone

Just wondered if I can run this by you.  I take resveratrol 100mg with curcumin, B-Vits  and Co enzyme Q10 in the morning.  I do it in the morning because I take St Johns Wort at night as I've got a lot of ocd symptoms (have had for years but I find what I take actually keeps it away).  I've read here somewhere that St Johns Wort might interfere with the action of resveratrol, whereas curcumin might assist it.

I'm wondering if the B Vits and Co Enzyme Q10 is felt to be ok to be took with it?  Q10 is not something I'd take at night as it gives energy and I think that's the same for the B Vits.

Thanks  :-)

I forgot to add that I've been on Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism for nearly 2 decades now.  I'm on a large dose and feel absolutely ill and on my way out without it.  With it, I feel well and normal.

I always allow an hour to go by after taking the levo before taking anything else.  Does that sound like a good plan?  Thanks

LOL, sorry to be pedantic but just to add I also take pumpkin seed extract around this time, I won't bore you further with the reasons behind this one....but interested in anyone's thoughts on interactions.

I like to take oil-based softgels and oil solubles like resveratrol, curcumin, and coq10 in the morning and/or early afternoon and take water solubles like B-vits and fiber at night.

Interesting, the B Vits seem to really calm me down, yet the lady in the health shop said to take them in the morning otherwise they will keep me awake all night.  That's not been my experience when I've took them later...

I'll maybe give them a go at night.  Thanks
