I was starting to think I had an allergy to lecithin as I exhibit a lot of symptoms to that. Also I had several heterozygous TNF mutations. I decided to rule it out by getting a TNF and leptin Test. Results are attached.

John250, Thanks for sharing. Do you have any sense of whether the TNF level your test showed is "optimal" or not? Any recommendations for helpful resources/ reading on this? 

 

I am planning to get my TNF tested as well, along with ultrasensitive CRP and a few other things to check inflammation.

Honestly I’m not sure I think it’s best just to be with in lab ranges probably on the lower end.
