any 5ht4-receptor agonist?

activation of the serotonin 4 receptor increases cognitive function like better memory. Are there any natural supplements that act as an agonist on this receptor?

does that mean it's an antagonist or agonist? maybe I missed the line in your link but this was the only thing I could find and I think it acts as a inhibitor rather then agonist.

 

STW 5 (Iberogast) showed binding affinity to 5-HT4, M3 and to a lesser degree 5-HT3.

I guess 5ht4 activation increases fear memories anything that increases serotonin does that?
