I am a vegan and do eat a lot of vegetables, but I try to moderate protein and carb, meaning a large part of my calories come from fat (oils, nuts). I was on 2 meals per day for years and recently shifted to one meal (breakfast) per day for CR. I consume garlic and turmeric almost everyday.

But today I am diagnosed with a 5mm*4mm gallbladder polyp. Maybe due to my diet? I am advised not to consume cholesterol-rich or high fat diet.

What should I do then? Decrease fat and increase low GI carb?

It seems that the gallbladder issue might be due to my one meal per day diet.

I now start to take lecithin, taurine and some Traditional Chinese Medicine herbs.
