Under President Trump’s new orderMedicare will test adjusting payment incentives to encourage preventative kidney care, as well as the use of home dialysis and kidney transplants. Furthermore, the President is directing his Administration to develop a process to get artificial kidneys to patients and expedite the process of kidney matching.

Sounds like bioprinted kidneys to me unless there are device based kidneys out there. A new artificial kidney that was as functional as a young one would certainly be a nice aging reversal technology. Anyone know anything beyond this?

Bioartificial kidneys have been around for over a decade, but must not be too effective yet, otherwise they would already be mainstream. https://www.longecit...ificial-kidney/

Props to Trump for urging the advance of technology. He also pushed the "right to try" doctrine, which was a positive thing, imo.
