Hello all,

I was diagnosed with GAD and (major) depression.  I can't calm my anxiety and nerves. Throughout the day I struggle with dizziness, headache, insomnia, tremors, and depersonalization etc. So after researching several days I've decided to make my own 'pre-workout stack' to ease my symptoms and also increase my energy levels before going to gym. It's about those herbs and amino acids:

Let’s first start with before the breakfast ( at least I wait 30 minutes before eating)

Nigella Sativa (Black Seed Oil) 5 ml + Olea Europaea oil (Olive Oil) 2,5 ml --- for modulating of dopamine and 5HT levels ---

My own 'pre-workout stack'

  • Ginkgo Biloba (especially for increase of 5HT1A)
  • Mucuna pruriens
  • Citrulline Malate
  • Creatine
  • Beta Alanine
  • Shilajit
  • Tongkat Ali
  • Horny goat weed
  • BCAA /// mixing all together and drinking with biological pomegranate juice –- boosting energy levels and increase neurotransmitter levels (5HT, dopamine etc.) probably that plays a huge role of my disease ---

And here's a look at my post-workout supplement stack:

  • Whey protein 1.6 grams
  • Tiger nuts 11-22 grams
  • Glycine 3 grams
  • L-carnitine tartrate 2 g
  • Phosphatidylserine 600 mg /// mixing all together and drinking with skimmed milk ---also for normalization of excessive HPA axis activity ---

After my post-workout stack:

Phenibut 1000 mg three hours before sleeping and one one hour after post-workout (only 3 days a week) - when I don't take phenibut; it would be Kava 250 mg -

Before going to sleep:

  • (During the days when I am not taking phenibut, I take Valeriana officinalis, Passiflora incarnata, Melissa officinalis, Melatonin 0,3 mg, Magnesium, Vitamins B6 and B12 (it's all involved in a supplement called 'Metagenics Metasleep')
  • Probiotics - half an hour before going to bed

Guys, so my question now is is there some dangerous interactions between these supplements and herbs above? If you have any advice please let me know..

Thanks   :)
