Today Engadin posted the abstract of a review that happens to be in my possession. It is so wide ranging and comprehensive that I think a number of you will be interested to scrutinize it in full. Here it is.

Also of interest: the ever energetic dr. Rhonda Patrick has posted a new NAD video on her website Found My Fitness.

Yes, I found both resources providing a solid ground to understand this fascinating domain.

Also toward the end of her video, Rhonda has done a very good job in resuming translational studies to humans and dosages of NR and NMN. Her discussion of the salvage pathway is also particularly clear and useful.

Well done!

And the review linked below sees a clear way ahead to the clinic for NR to raise NAD in the case of bone marrow transplants:

Elsewhere on LC Reason posted some remarks about this review.

Looking back on 2019 there has been a steady trickle of positive research news about NAD precursors, or at least about NR. Actually so many studies have come out now that reviews and overviews from inside the research field are more than welcome .

If you feel this way too you will find this report about an NAD congress stimulating.
