Piracetam reactivates pain in a fracture operated and healed 7 years ago

Every time I take it, included right now, I feel pain in the inner part of my ankle, where I was operated 7 years ago.

Only discontinuation makes the pain subsided after one day.

Cant find what causes this and how it might be cured and I’ve been looking for years.

Blood circulation might (one of) the culprit(s), since I also seems to get red/purple hands more easily, when it’s cold.
