Hi,

I really want to take some supplemental, herbal remedy or perhaps topical application, that would fill in the ocular region of my face.

There are so many websites online claiming, this or that natural remedy, or this or that face exercise. But it seems unrealistic to me. Anything that has scientific evidence to back it up would be great. So often something gets hyped only to be hype. Anyone know how one can drastically reverse ocular volume loss?

Thanks.

Taking hyaluronic acid supplements can help. You have to take a fairly large amount for several days but it will fill in wrinkles and should help with that. Not sure if h.a. topical creams would help also. These is a thread or several posts on h.a. somewhere

You're losing fat beneath the skin each year with age. How do you propose to stopmthe process in just one small area of your physiology?
