Hello, I hope I am not too demanding.

I am a 24 years old male with low libido (not that low like some people in this forum, just lower than it should be: like if no libido is zero and hypersexuality is 100 I am around 50-60).

It most likely is not hormonal (all values are optimal/near optimal other than prolactin is slightly off). I would be honored if you guys review/critise my stack to possibly help my problem, see if there are any possible problems etc with it.

Daily Stack plan:

-Moclobemide 300 mg (Started 5 days ago, zero changes for now)

-Prami or an equal dopamine agonist in low dose (0,1 to 0,25)

-Tadafinil 5 mg (Better erections and other benefits about the body/health)

And some questions... (Sorry)

1)Want to try "low" dose dopamine agonist, like 0,1 to 0,25 mg Pramipexole daily. At this dose is there a risk of dependancy or DAWS? (my biggest worry)

2)Would moclobemide and the dopamine agonist compliment each other well or be problematic?

3)I have access to prami, pribedil, ropinirole; does it matter which do i use if the dose is low?

4)Any other tips/drugs/methods would you guys suggest? (weird search chemicals, rare supplements and illegal drugs are sadly not an option due to where I live.)

5)Any way I can do to make my stack work better? (dosage, timing, add/drop/increase etc.)

Here are some things about me/my problem that may give you some insight about the situation:

-Feeling desire in the head (thinking, fantasizing about my girlfriend frequently etc) but the desire doesn't tranfer to the penis. Like the libido bridge between my brain and penis is somehow broken. (not E.D since i have strong morning/mid day erections) It is like when I was not like this erotic desires would make my penis react immediately but right now there is just a weaker and slower reaction.

-No masturbation/porn (helped a little)

-Slightly high prolactin but still in the male referance range

-No libido boost etc from stimulants just worse erections (ritalin, coffee etc)

-Penis head is smaller/less engorged than it was, almost no precum, ejaculation volume decreased a bit as well

-Ex type two diabetic (Remission due to significant lifestyle changes, maybe all this happened due to nerve damage?)

-Highly irritable, anxiety prone personality, highish blood pressure (Neuropinephrine dominance?)

-Cold hands and feet

-HGW, Maca, ALCAR etc none of them worked

Thank you very much everyone and sorry for my possible grammar/meaning errors.

Edit: If you guys know a way (other than the classic lecithin arginine etc holy grail) to make semen less viscous, more liquid, and higher in volume I would love to hear that. :P

Stimulating an inhibitory receptor that decreases serotonin neuron signaling will increase sexual behavior. Stopping the synthesis of serotonin (resulting in a massive serotonin decrease) also increases sexual behavior.

have you tried decreasing serotonin to increase libido?

Hypersexual disorder linked to overactive stress systems

You can also do stuff that you fear or cause you adrenaline spike which will increase libido.

Raypeat forum has some good info on it check it out there. Also some info on this site google search ''reduce serotonin longecity'' and check out the blog area1255, google this: ''area1255 reduce serotonin'' and google this too ''reduce serotonin site:socialanxietysupport.com''

And you might find some info on crazyboards, depressionforums, bluelight or reddit

.1mg Prami should suffice. It can make you drowsy so taking it before bed is advised.

haha pramipexole will sky you libido to the moon but with the enough dosage, the problem is not there the problem is Dompamine 3 agonists not just increase your rewared for sex they increase your rewared for gambling, many people who tiered ropinirol who don't have any previous experiences with gambling start gambling complesevely and losted a lot of money and one of them took ropinirol (other D3 agnost) from 2003 to 2011 experiencesed hypersexulatiy and impulsivity disorder and gambling so he advocate her self to the compeny and won and the compney gived him 150k doullar other thing D3 agnonists increase your rewared for shopping, eating, drug seeking behaviors, Risk-Taking , impulsivity and also Stimulate yawning and have anti-empathy effect and anti-restless leg syndrom and some vomiting effect
