There is a new skincare line out from the US claiming to be able to increase volume of the skin, fill out hollows which are a natural part of aging. Besides all the "goodies" like: glowing complexion, less lines, less visble photo-damage etc.

Is it just clever marketing or is it more?

EGF or Epidermal Growth Factor is quite impressive. It produces noticeable skin improvement without side effects such as inflammation or peeling, however REVIVE does not come cheap. You're looking upwards of $200 for a small jar of the stuff that you could easily use in a month. This is all too typical of the cosmetics industry and just emphasizes the importance of educating yourself in what active ingredients have scientifically proven efficacy, as well as where to purchase these ingredients in isolated forms (save lots of money this way).

If you're after EGF, I think the only other place that sells it on the consumer market is Skin Actives.

It works out roughly $10 to buy enough EGF for a 4oz jar.
