How would we go about getting this product onto the shelves at Costco or Trader Joe's? It may be a bit premature but at some point it would be really cool to achieve wide consumer accessibility.

Also, what are we going to do with the proceeds? I suggest contributing 70% to a dedicated Imminst research trust which would spend its interest on relevant research, 20% going into marketing expenses and 10% left to the discretion of leadership.

In order to keep this simple for Imminst (as an organization) and not get into the "business" of selling supplements, we have so far only discussed licensing our logo for this product. We don't have the desire (or time) to figure out how to protect and leverage IP and figure out if it is legal for a 501©(3) to engage in this activity. There are tax implications.

Of course, if some members of leadership would like to invest the time and promise to follow through and manage the "business" of selling supplements, then it could be reconsidered.

The proceeds could certainly go mostly toward research.

We should take this directly to doctors. If we organize and put together the science that went into the decisions, I think that would provide ample basis for them to recommend it to many patients.
