Sorry but bromazepam in small doses (1,5 mg) will not make a zombi out of you, especially if taken one hour before. Same goes for propranolol. The only thing I don't know is how will you feel if you take both of them. Never tried this combo.

Bromazepam is a really powerful hypnotic, and some of my friends think its much stronger than valium or xanax to take you down, so doubt for most would be a good option. I think Diazepam or Xanax low dose (probably the best), are really good options. I heard that pyrazolam (a pro-drug of valium), is very anxiolytic without any sedation or affecting memory (in other forum they call it 'anxiety god send'). If you search google you can find, it's legal.
