I started 2grams of piracetam about 3 weeks ago and within a week ago I started using 400mg of choline bitrate & 400mg of inositol. Since combining these 2 I feel paranoia and have racing thoughts. My mind just cant relax. I dont feel completely aware and deffinetly feel less creative. But when taking piracetam alone I felt fine. I work in architectural design so its a must. Im going to stop taking choline all together and only take 500mg of piracetam daily. Has anyone else experieced this befor?? Also maybe I should switch to aniracetam..

First of all, I like your name. ;)

Now about your racing thoughts. I suggest you rework the stack so that you don't feel this side effect. Your choline bitrate dosage seems fine, even a bit low, but your Piracetam dosage could use some adjustment. Perhaps you could try taking Piracetam at 1g/twice daily, that should maintain it at a relatively constant level in your body for the duration of the day. Also as nootropi has often said, continue taking your nootropics for a month or more before choosing to adjust dosage. This is mainly to get your brain adjusted to these new chemicals and a higher choline level, with nootropics your brain does not develop a dependence or tolerance in fact over time their effects may become more pronounced.

Hi there,

I took Piracetam (1600mg am/800mg pm) for about a month, along with 400 mg of CDP-Choline. Concurrently, I also took Hydergine, Bacopa, Huperzine, Acetylcarnitine, multivitamin and an SSRI (fluoxetine).

I started feeling lethargic and drowsy, so I went off of the Piracetam. Since ending the Piracetam, the symptoms have subsided.

Just my experience.

Good luck.
