the first crowdsourced life extension supplement developed collaboratively at LongeCity (or anywhere else on the planet) was called VIMMORTAL and was a 'multi' - broadly a-one-stop-solution covering a broad spectrum of supplementary needs and interests.

I think we have learned when looking at closely at the reformulation VIMMORTAL that we are broadly happy with the revised formula as far as 'multis' go.

Still, there may be other types of supplements that address a particular life extension interests that are currently difficult to find on the market.
This topic is to brainstorm these other potential topics. If any idea emerges that has traction is will be split off into a separate thread and potentially launch a new project.

Ester C, Phosphatidylserine (PS) and Phosphatidyl Choline (PC) is highly recommended in my honest opinion! I've been taking these without a multivitamin and they're great for mental clarity, overall brain and immune function and I haven't had the flu in ages. They help me think clearly along with my fish oil.

I would have also said Curcumin or Turmeric although to me that isn't something that would be considered "essential", as it can be added separately but also good for general well-being and good mood!
