I think Alcar may be a good call, keep dose in lower range though don't take too much, it does give a very different effect as compared to choline. Alcar is not a choline it is a bioavailible form of carnitine.

but I think Noopept would be a better option personally, I found that stuff motivating as hell, but as ive said in many other threads i have pretty bad sleeping problems and it worsens these. . though for most people it doesnt do this.

I found noopept to be motivating, energizing, found myself doing 100 things during the day without barely thinking about it. It's as if it boosted the "planning and acting" part of my brain and blunted the "unmotivated procrastinating" side. As far as we know it's safe, though I think it needs more study,.

also with noopept i found the effect became better as I took it every day , and the dose can stay low i.e. between 5-20 mg, personally Id keep it on the lower end myself. i think this is the money shot, and it's cheap. Only advice would be don't compulsively take a larger dose thinking it will work better, and dont be impatient, it could take a few days to work if you dont feel it right away

Would you recommend Noopept over Piracetam?

I'd say that piracetam is more safe, not because I think that noopept is unsafe [i have no reason to believe so] but because piracetam has a pretty good track record for being safe. But for effectiveness, yes I would say noopept is far superior to piracetam. But it really depends what you're looking for and how it affects you in the end of the day. Personally I didn't find piracetam made me particularly smart or motivated or anything like that, other people would say different. Noopept to me was way strong even at the puny dose that i used, and the effects built up, and it had a noticable effect on my life.. Piracetam, not so much.

I heard things that affect ACh reduces SE and can cause depression/anxiety. I have a tendency to become depressed/anxious and certain things aggrevate it for me. Should I stay away from Piracetam in that case?

Stay away from sugar they use up your energy and give you a bad energy, also  bad bacteria grow on sugar in the gut and long term can cause more issues like absorption problems, SIBO etc

And drugs can also make your body unhealthy.

Vitamins and minerals should be the key and drinking pure water (impossible because how its ´´purified´´).

fast-walk everyday for 30 minutes, see if you have gut diseases like celiac .

In my opinion everyone should get daily vitamin injections because of covid and how less nutrients in food and absorption problems.

Same I was bound to my bed all day. can barely do anything even watch videos can't focus. I have like less than a hour of energy to do work. Sometimes few hours depending on what and the breaks I take. What helped me the most is vitamin C with vitamin b2 and b5 with zinc carnosine and vitamin D and iodine. Vitamin E and A also helped. I use the active forms of all. And now I have energy 24/7. They all need to be taken together.

Also things in body like Carnitine which is used as a fuel requires vitamin C as co-factor to be made and proceed for energy use. Some things like coenzyme 10 are made in the body out of pure protein etc requires nothing else. But Carnitine also needs lysine and methionine to be made which further requires vitamins B6, zinc and b12...α-lipoic acid is also another thing your body uses a fuel its a long fatty acid. Where as things like caffeine only release energy it doesn't provide any it just sucks the energy out of you uses it up unnatural way like too much working out or starvin etc. Of course you also need carbs, proteins and fat etc to extract the energy from using the vitamins.

Also dont worry about short half life of some b vitamins because the enzymes pathways it activates is active some time after the full half life has run out enough to last all days. Few second late to edit.

Your body needs many energy sources and not just one. like fat, sugar, b12 vitamin and so on. try them all.
