As everything else, that is producable, the books become more and more with the time.

It happens so, that the libraries and the homes become overflown with books.

After a certain treshold is being passed, homes and libraries suddenly find themselves buried in unsallable books.

Many people simply throw away books or many simply choose to give them away for free.

In the free public adds sites started to appear adds from the type of "giving books for free".

https://www.olx.bg/s...[description]=1

"Take it if you like it" shelfs started to appear in some libraries.

In the park of my home town even popped-out a box with free books and a sign take it, read it and leave it back, or replace it with other book.

I went through all dispensers of free books I located, like a reaping machine lol :) and harvested at arround a dosen of books, connected with the longevity. The most of them are written in the 80s. But the idea is nice. Look at the free books that are simply being given away in your country.

Definately spare a minute to look arround the free books shelves in the libraries in your town. You will be amazed what you may find.

An unexpected thing from the old books. You may take special attention of those books, written from people who really lived long.

Another longevity related book poped to me for free.

Unlike the others, it goes in the psychology of the people, who think, that they will die if they stop working.

The author summurises his observations over different people like the above, and descibes the job as helping for us to live longer,

If you need citings for the thoughts that the regular repeaated but not overwhelming work trains the body

or that the job that you really like and that allows you to imbune your creativity actually can be a way of coping with stress

or that the successes while doing your job may be a source of happiness and positive emotions,

you may cite it.

Author: Nikolay Haytov

Title: The life-giving source

Publisher: Profizdat

Year: 1979

In cyrillic:

Автор: Николай Хайтов

Заглавие: Животворният извор

Издателство: Профиздат

Година: 1979

Definately a different book. The others are relatively common - exercise, diet, coping with stress, etc. That is the first one I know saying work.
