Thanks Pamojja.   I am an accountant, and I did not look at the link correctly.

My doctor is telling me that my Calcium score is going south (south means much worse).     I think his staff made a mistake and used an old scan that found 103 mg of calcium in my heart.   Using that scan would be a mistake, current scans don't just measure milligrams of calcium.

I take 45 mg a day and have experienced no side effects whatsoever.

I tried that, fatigue, bloating, made me cut it back. I bought like 3 bottles of AOR K2 15,000mcg per capsule (15mg). I will go back to LE k-complex once i finish this shit. currently taking 1 cap with dinner per day

I'm 24 now.

Is it never too early to start? Or should I wait until I'm 40 or 50?

Based on limited clinical studies there's no reason you can't start now especially if there's a risk of Arterial Calcification in your family. Prevention is far more effective than treating a condition. I would suggest getting your blood tested for osteocalcin and review your diet to see how much Vitamin K you are currently consuming.

I would also suggest reviewing this article on the subject;

What will an osteocalcin test tell me?

Don't know about osteocalcin, but undercarboxylated osteocalcin is an approximation marker for vitamin K2, which itself can't be tested for yet. It's vitamin K2 dependent protein with a normal range of <1.5, the lower the better.

Any time you're supplementing with Vitamin D. Vitamin D increases the assimilation of calcium, Vitamin K helps steer it to the right places. You always want to have your hands on the steering wheel when you're stepping on the accelerator.
