After some research, introspection etc. I have decided that I want to either go for engineering(probably computer or electronics) or for medicine(probably surgery)
Given that my goal is eliminating natural death and reducing the risks of other kinds of dying; which route would be better choice?
Note: No matter what I choose, I will try to teach myself for my goal (for example while doing medicine, I will try to teach myself bioengineering, programming etc.)

Is it possible to delete/remove this thread? I think the question seems somewhat silly anyway.

You'll need to ask a moderator. MaxWatt is the first that comes to mind.

The question is not silly. Many people are asking what to learn, and how to direct their lifes in order to give a contribution to extending the human life.

My answer on your question is medicine(probably surgery).

This topic is from 2017. So perhaps the topic starter has already taken a decision. So, @Bugaboo, did you decide which direction to take and why?
