Hello So i cut off caffeine from anergy drinks and coffee totally. Currently i'm using only guarana extract tablets(110mg caffeine in each, i use 1-2 daily)and rarely i add to it hordenine in 50-100mg doses. I discontinued drinking coffee/energy drinks because of severe mood swings and anxiety for first hours after drinking. Even those guarana tablets while feeling "cleaner" give me some anxiety and mood swings. I sometimes add hordenine to guarana as i said but it mostly makes me jittery and even more nervous so i gonna stop adding that to my stack. What can i try to give me motivation and energy but without those side effects?

I tried original russian phenotropil recently and it not gives much in 100 mg doses(slight energy boost but also anxiety). 200mg give me nice verbal fluency and memory boost but its very expensive so its not a good subsitute. I tried to get Ladasten(Bromantane) since it can work as a stimulant and anxiolytic drug at the same time but its very hard to get since originial version is not produced anymore so i havent tested it. Any suggestions?

L-theanine(200-600mg) with a tiny dose of caffeine(50-150) mg. it works wonders. no jittery feelings, pure concentration and motivation. thank me later :D

L-theanine with caffeine gives me unfamous side effect - feeling spaced out and depressed/unmotivated. Many people have experienced same effects and now im scared to even experiment with even small doses of this subtance since it put me in so bad mood.

Sorry to hear that, A long term solution for energy calmness and focus is meditation, are you familiar with that?
