Yet another new NMN brand on Amazon:

https://www.amazon.c.../dp/B077Z7GQ18/

I'd still go with Revgenetics or Alivebynature, as these guys don't show any proof of purity test certs yet, but looks like the best price - less than Niagen.

Isn't competition grand?

In the  Q&A section the company says that the 150 mg price is due to the 50 mg bottle (30 capsules for $20) being temporarily sold out.

Yeah, I noticed that last week.  But the reply was dated Jan 31, and still no change.  I think/hope they  did away with their 50 mg version and this is the price for their 150 mg product.

Give peace a chance, someone  said. Debating NMN vs NR will not lead to any useful conclusion. Let us wait for the outcome of human trials. And, I keep reminding, several top researchers in the field think that all Nad precursors have different values for different tissues.

Meanwhile, this company

https://store.revgenetics.com/

offers NMN as bulk powder for a less outrageous price than for capsules. Can anyone tell me: is NMN stable enough to survive after opening the pot?

I've been taking that NMN powder for 4 months.

I had the same question as you about stability, so I intentionally left a little in the bottom of the first jar I tried.    4 months later, I see no noticeable difference from the powder in a new jar.

I see other suppliers with better pricing, but like this without fillers and more convenient for using sublingual.  I feel like I'm getting more benefit that way.

Anyone else trying NMN sublingual?

Which NMN brand is the most reliable right now? I live in the Uk and wonder any reliable sellers who will post it to the uk.

When I bought NR from US a few weeks ago for £600 or so, it costed me extra £200+ as tax.

I am planning to buy NMN for my family and may spend £1,000 or more initially. I appreciate any discounts from the vendors.

That site ships from the US?

If you want to order it from the UK you can order it from niagen.co.uk and ebay

Hope this is useful

They posted something that is supposed to be a COA, but is actually just a production record from Nutrition Formulators, the company that makes the product.

https://www.amazon.c...sk_ql_qh_dp_hza

Instead of lab testing that each capsule has 150 mg, they say "confirmed by input thru process control".

A brand new company that has no website, no testing, and no track record even on Amazon doesn't exactly inspire trust imo.

Try going to www.nutritionformulators.com That website is only 1 layer thick with none of the link pages working other than their Contact Us page.

1. Can you tell us how much you pay for 100 mg of NMN?

2. I think NR and NMN is dangerous because when the two molecules interact, they annihilate upon impact and release gamma rays. Gamma rays = bad. That's all according to  MikeDC   :)

As Able pointed out above there are some lower priced brands available now on Amazon (the US website that is, not the EU one). Some of them get very mixed reviews.

I join Bluemoon in asking NMN users here what they paid for their brand and if they feel different effects from different brands.

@bluemoon

1. $73.31 for two bottles with 60 pills each @25mg/pill I think is $2.44 per 100mg dose from revgenetics (because he's a member here, his posts are good, he has a COA, and I like to believe that gives him some credibility)

2. A phosphodiester bond would be more likely, via condensation, I hope he (and most here) would agree :)

amazon.com/Nicotinamide-Mononucleotide-Supplement-Healthy-Metabolism/dp/B079S3XF4H/

https://www.amazon.c.../dp/B077Z7GQ18/

These two new brands are $40 for 60 capsules, 125 mg - the same price as Tru Niagen

https://www.amazon.c.../dp/B07BB5YFRS/

This Alivebynature is $5 more for a single bottle, but their larger volume deals are about the same price as those above.

I prefer the Alivebynature as they post certificates from testing at the same lab Anthony recommends (Intertek), and 2 other labs as well.

I've used the revgenetics, genex, and alivebynature brand and couldn't tell any difference myself.

Any ideas why Revgentics sells a bottle of 50mg of NMN for $38, whereas Alive By Nature sells 125 mg for $45 according to able but Amazon sells it for $86, K-to Go 125 mg for $40 and Gene 125 mg for $40?

If NMN turns out to be as effective as NR then Chromodex's patents won't matter, which should push the prices of both NR and NMN over time.

NMN is 31% heavier than NR. So NMN needs to be 31% cheaper than NR.

These experiments used equal weights of NMN and NR - 50 mg/kg.

These equal weights had roughly the same effect at elevating NAD+, except in muscle.

Clearly, your fantasy about NR being 6400x more effective at increasing NAD+ did not apply here.

That $86 on amazon is for 2 bottles.

Revgenetics is still selling their inventory from last year.   The new players have pushed the price way down.

I don't know, I've been using RevGenetics, but now I may try AliveByNature. Although I'm also curious LawrenceW I know tested a few brands and I'm not looking over the past thread, but I know he has some info on that as well.

This may have been discussed before but looking at the prices, Revgenetics is selling 30 days of NMN of just 50 mg for about $35 if you buy two. Alivebynature is $45 a bottle but 250 mg for 30 days.

1) Any idea why RevGenetics's NMN is about 5 times as expensive as AliveByNature's NMN?

2) I can get NR for $30 a bottle of 30 days worth of 250 mg so is there extra value in paying 1.5 times more for the cheapest NMN?

It does seem strange since they were the top selling brand on amazon.  But I'm still seeing them on Amazon:

Perhaps they got served with an IPR infringement suit, a regulatory issue that you can circumvent with tablets, shelflife...dont know but its very very weird. Perhaps in Amazon is left over stock.

stefan.

We expect better from you than that type of reckless speculation. What type of IPR infringement could possibly occur from selling NMN in capsules?

The most likely answer is that Alive by nature seems to be very in tune with their customers and as the result of a lot of people looking for sublingual, they simply gave the market what they are asking for.
