I’ve used almost every supplement there is and I’ve never used something that made me sweat more than dynamine. It was literally like I was in a sauna for one hour.

Don’t be so ridiculous, taking this trick will lead to a vanadium deficiency. You are sweating because half the ingrediences interfere with your inaite copper metabolism, copper based enzymes regulate your temperature mechanisms.
Example: MDMA gets you high, at low doses 80% of the high is because of blood vessels opening up and a change in heart tempo that invites more qi into the blood. The mode of action is not as one would expect, but studies and experience shows the modes, blood tests are a guide at best, symptoms are an accurate means of evaluation, but how wide is a practioners knowledge. Gotmag.org.
The blend is so far from complete, as a food, anyone will get out balanced from its use. We can’t cope with food like this. Wow, unbelievable.

Mode example: Most pain killers work by blocking the structure of water surrounding the cell membrane. This stops the qi from feeding the cell. This mode of action works for a tired nerve cell that has poor mitochondria and relies on external energy sources. No energy = no feeling transfer(because the cell stops functioning)this explains why sometimes pain killers don’t work for everyone (some cells use their internal power drives) and why saturated blood doses makes the nerves feel washed out after they wear off. Sometimes it takes days for feelings to recover.
Diabetic neuropathy is a classic example of this mode, no oil, no minerals, loads of carbs, cells stop working. It starts with pins and needles, coldness, hot flushes, then numbness......introduce minerals and the demand for food begins, blood clears, cell starts to stay awake as long as you want. Nerve fibers are the nerve cell, some are fed by vanadium based food carriers only, insulin uses all amino acid types for its formation! I hope people recognise.....

What supplements do you recommend to optimize copper?

What supplements do you recommend to optimize copper?

Zinc.

They should be maintained ideally in 10:1 Zn:Cu ratio.

It is very easy to achieve sufficient Cu RDA levels (~1.5-2 mg/d) without even trying - primarily from diet (leafy greens) and drinking water passing through ubiquitous copper piping so it is usually not a concern.

Sufficient Zn RDA, on the other hand, is not as easily achievable and often needs supplementing just to counterbalance the dietary Cu and keep the above ratio.

To be clear, everything Multivitz has said in this topic goes against pretty much every scientific document about the chemicals being mentioned.

"you're sweating because everything you took displaces copper"
Really? Is anyone with their head on straight expected to believe this?
"MDMA low dose effects are from vasodialation and heart palpitations"
Again, so you're saying every medical article in existence about the actue effects of MDMA are wrong?

If you don't believe me, look up some of his past rants where he is torn down for false statements. No offense, but find help for your manic, cult mentality rants man. Really, I hope you get it.

The reason you were probably sweating is more so to do with how strong of a stimulant it is with varying mechanisms given dynamine is an amalgamation of every quality stimulating substance that has caffeine. It could also be in part from the cacao in it. Any time I make hot chocolate with pure cacao powder I get pretty good body warmth that makes me sweat

Pretty much any supplement the increases your metabolism can cause sweating and many stimulants and other supplements that help expel water will cause this as well.

Nice add in. Thermogenics. People just tend to respond differently to different supplements in that sense. As far as dynamine is concerned, you'd have to isolate each constituent and try them individually to see which has the most profound sweating effect on you.

That's really the only way you will find out what causes it. Assuming you're still curious half a year later lol
