Seldom I open a capsule and pour it into a glass of water and ingest it.

Nonetheless, how much boron should we be taking per day?

I have been taking calcium fructoborate (FruitXB) and soon to order Bororganic. I have enjoyed the taste so far and look forward to trying the Boroganic.

I take 6 mg a day in a capsule. Taste is unknown.
